Under PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws, you have the right to access, delete, or request a copy of your personal information at any time. Use of this service is fully voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.

🗑 Delete My Data

To request deletion of your personal information, use the Submit a Formal Data Request form below and select Deletion Request. A privacy officer will verify your identity and complete your request within 30 days as required under PIPEDA.

Handling deletion requests manually ensures your identity is properly verified before any data is removed, and creates an auditable record of your withdrawal. Anonymised, non-identifying study data (postal area, health answers) may be retained for up to 90 days per our retention policy.
